We are a team of highly experienced personal trainers, nutritionists and mindset coaches.

Founded by Jessica Neville, Nutrition Effect is a holistic approach to health and fitness which looks beyond the external actions of individuals and focuses on the internal hormonal imbalances related to weight, body composition and health. Our highly experienced team of nutritionists, therapists, strength coaches and elite personal trainers, all come together to offer clients the most comprehensive and cutting edge personal training experience imaginable.

Our Unique Approach

After working with females all over the world, it was clear that they needed a specific focus and attention rather than the standard packages and programs which did not take their unique body and hormonal requirements into account. Our entire team of specialists ensure our clients receive the most comprehensive and focused experience possible.

Whether the goal is fat loss, nutritional support through the menopause, increased muscle and strength, sports performance or overall health and well being, our clients’ are in the best possible hands to ensure they achieve their goals. Working with women all over the world, Jessica has a wealth of experience and insight into what obstacles women are facing daily. With a supportive and nuturing approach, Jessica is an inspiration to anyone looking to reach their full potential, to gain back control and to put into practice sustainable healthy habits which will last a lifetime.

Dale Wallington

Having trained 100's of clients over the past 8-years, Dale brings a wealth of experience in strength & conditioning, fat loss, muscle growth, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, and sport-specific training.
