Our objective is to educate and support you in the understanding of your body and the hormonal imbalances which may be hindering your progress towards feeling healthy and body confident. Exercise will consist of a wide variety of workouts which can be performed at home, in the gym or on the go. We tailor make exercises suited for all abilities, ages, goals and equipment. This is not the dreaded fear of a PT making you do endless hours of intense workouts which you dislike and hate doing. This will be a level of activity which is enjoyable, suitable for your time restraints and based at a level which you can progress from.

Education is key when trying to change old habits. When we understand the scientific reasons behind food and the resulting effects they have on our body’s, we can feel confident in making informed choices rather than emotional reactions. This is not a restrictive approach, you should not feel hungry and there are no foods “off limits”. We are aiming at deleting the dieting mindset and focusing on nourishing and fuelling your body.
